Tenant Information - Insurance

A tenant will be responsible for insuring all personal possessions e.g. television, computer, clothes and push bikes.

It is not the landlord’s responsibility to insure these items.

Mapleleaf Letting Centre strongly advises that you take out an adequate insurance policy as in the event of a burglary or accident it could prove costly for you to replace these items if not insured.
