If the property you are considering renting out is mortgaged, you must obtain consent from your mortgage lender prior to renting.

Some mortgage lenders request a copy of the tenancy agreement once the tenant has moved in. Mapleleaf Letting Centre can provide a copy of the tenancy agreement on written request from your mortgage lender.

If the property you are considering renting out is leasehold, you may be required to obtain permission from the leaseholder prior to letting.
